Notes that on the Friday 23 February 2018, the 28 bus, due at Broadmeadow train station at 14:47, never arrived.
Notes that the two commuters planning to board the bus at Broadmeadow train station missed their connecting buses to Redhead.
Acknowledges that Newcastle Buses then sent an empty Not in Service public bus to transport these two commuters from Broadmeadow to Redhead.
Calls on the Government to come clean on how many public buses are being used as a personal taxi due to missed connections.
