That the Mt Hutton Container Deposit Scheme reverse vending machine is frequently out of use, due to not being emptied.
That the terrible execution of this scheme is turning people away from recycling.
Condemns the Government for implementing yet another scheme that doesnt have the infrastructure to support it.
