The National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse (Commonwealth Powers) Bill 2018 New South Wales is an Act to refer certain matters relating to the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse to the Parliament of the Commonwealth for the purposes of section 51 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth; and for other purposes.
