The overhaul of Newcastle Transport bus routes and timetables, launched on Sunday 14 January, has resulted in changed bus routes, limited operating hours and a significant increase in journey times heavily effecting commuters across the Hunter.

I have repeatedly called on the Minister for Transport to intervene and demand Keolis Downer to review the whole network in order to ensure the most vulnerable members of our community can rely on this bus service.

The Minister has not listened.
