Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—Today, I'd like to celebrate Catherine Harbury, a passionate and dedicated dietitian who has made a tremendous impact on the health of our community. Through her work, Catherine has helped countless people improve their dietary knowledge, transform their lifestyles, and embrace healthier habits. Catherine recently earned her PhD for her research on how dietary knowledge affects health outcomes, especially for those managing higher weights. Her findings are making a difference in understanding the connection between nutrition and wellbeing, helping many in our community lead healthier lives. Her dedication doesn't stop there—she regularly shares her insights at national and international conferences and serves as a mentor for other healthcare professionals. Catherine's exceptional expertise was recently recognised with the Advanced Accredited Practicing Dietitian Credential, an honour awarded to only 2% of dietitians in Australia. Her commitment to our community's health and her support for patients is truly commendable. Thank you, Catherine, for your dedication and the positive change you bring to the lives of our community members.
