Notes the overhaul of Newcastle Transport bus routes and timetables has resulted in changes negatively effecting commuters with intellectual disabilities travelling for work;
Notes that one of my constituents, who works at House with No Steps, now has four connections and a minimum of 3 hours and 6 minutes each day to get to work 18kms away from home;
Notes this time is often longer due to late buses;
Calls on the Minister for Transport to demand that Keolis Downer fix this unreliable, inadequate Newcastle Bus network.
