Research has proven that second-hand vapor from electronic cigarettes is harmful. This particular Bill proposes that e-cigarettes be included in the Smoke-free Environment Act, resulting in fines for use of e-cigarettes in certain public areas to minimize the risk of second-hand exposure. I chose to speak on this Bill because I believe the health risks associated with vaping should not impact those who choose not to vape.
