Under this Bill the suburbs of Windale and Mount Hutton, will be classified as band three communities that would be subject to a gaming machine cap.

The Bill proposes that due to these suburbs being classified as high risk, no additional gaming machines will be allowed in pubs and clubs in these suburbs in an attempt to crack-down on problem gambling.
