Notes that the rate of recorded domestic violence in Windale is five times the state-wide average at 1861.5 per 100,000.
Condemns the Government for not providing adequate services for early intervention and the prevention of domestic violence in Windale.
Calls on the Government to target services for improved prevention and early intervention efforts to lower the rate of domestic violence in Windale.
