I give notice that on the next sitting day I will move that this House:

1 Notes that Hillsborough Rd is one of the busiest roads in the Hunter and a choke point for traffic travelling between Newcastle and Lake Macquarie:

2 Notes it has been 3 years since the tragic death of Jade Frith while trying to cross this road;

3 Acknowledges that the residents of Hillsborough continue to experience significant delays in exiting their suburb.

4 And calls on the Government to fund complete upgrades of Hillsborough Rd in the 2019/20 Budget
