The Charlestown electorate has today secured $399,131 in funding for a total of 20 projects through the 2022 Community Building Partnership Program.

Member for Charlestown Jodie Harrison MP said the program will deliver much needed improvements to local facilities, including funding a sound proof pod within the Hunter Cancer Hub, and new buildings and amenities for a range of local organisations.

“This is fantastic for Charlestown,” Ms Harrison said.

“There are so many incredible local organisations delivering for our community every day. This funding will allow them to continue and build on the wonderful work they are doing for the Charlestown electorate.
